# zSTUDIO models and model IDs

> zSTUDIO's model API gives you a choice of models through one API, and you pay per token.

The tables that follow list the models shown in the console's Model Market as of 8 October 2026. The Model Market shows the current list, so check it if a model you want isn't here: [Find a model ID](https://docs.zettabyte.com/docs/maas/quickstart#find-a-model-id) in the quickstart says how to open it.

Copy an ID exactly as listed into the `model` field of a request. If the ID isn't recognised, the call returns HTTP `503` with the `code` `model_not_found`, and [Errors](https://docs.zettabyte.com/docs/maas/errors) explains it.

Support by model as of 6 October 2026; it can change.

Every listed model streams a plain reply.

Columns:

- **Tool calling:** whether the model can answer a request that offers it functions to call.
- **Streaming with tools:** whether a streamed reply works when the request also offers functions.
- **Image input:** whether a request can carry an image.

Each cell holds one of three values:

- **Yes:** available through the zSTUDIO API.
- **No:** not available through the zSTUDIO API.
- **A dash:** the answer varied on that date. Try it with your own request before you build on it.
