# Sign in and accounts

## Sign in

Sign in at app.zettabytecloud.com with your username and password. After signing in you land on the **Instance** page.

## Switch language

The interface is available in English and Traditional Chinese. Switch languages from the control at the bottom left of the sidebar after signing in, or from the top right of the login page.

## Profile and account settings

The menu at the bottom left of the sidebar shows your tenant name and ID and opens your account controls: **FAQs**, **Account Settings**, and **Log out**.

Select **Account Settings** for two tabs:

- **Edit User**: your ID, Role, User Name, Region, Email, Phone, Tenant, Timezone, and Description. ID, Role, User Name, and Tenant are **read-only**.
- **Change Password**: update your password.

## Roles and access

A tenant administrator manages members under **Organizations**. Select **Create User** and set the new user's Role, User Name, Region, Email (with a verification code), Phone, Tenant (locked to your tenant), Timezone, and Description.

The customer-facing roles are `Tenant_Admin`, which administers the tenant and its members, and `Developer`.

## Whitelist and resource access

Whether you purchase resources depends on your tenant status. Whitelisted tenants can use assigned resources directly. Other tenants purchase resources before use; see GPU instances. To purchase, a valid payment method must be bound to the account through a secure card-entry interface, and you can set a default card. See How billing works.
